Acid lining material

I. General introduction

This product is a quartz coreless induction furnace refractory material, the material is acidic. Adding partially fused quartz on the basis of silicon ramming material can obviously improve the expansion defect of furnace lining. The rising range of furnace lining is obviously reduced in the oven, and there is no crack in the cold furnace. It is characterized by high purity of raw materials, reasonable grading, resistance to acute cooling and acute heat, especially suitable for small and medium frequency induction furnace intermittent operation. This material is premixed dry ramming mixture, according to customer demand has been prepared boric acid or boron anhydride content, users can directly put into use.

High use temperature :1700℃ Construction method: dry vibration or dry ramming

4. Packaging standards and storage methods

Multi-layer moisture-proof paper and inner membrane packing 25kg/ bag, stored in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption. The storage period is not more than one year, in addition, according to customer requirements, 106cmX106cm tons of pallet and strong telescopic film packaging can be used.
