Coil cement

I. General introduction

XJ-92 is fused corundum-based induction coil insulation refractory cement, adding water reducing agent, hydration binder and other components. Its main feature is the use of imported pure calcium aluminate cement as a binder, using a proprietary particle size ratio mixed. The product has the characteristics of high insulation, excellent fire resistance and good operation. For the furnace body with ejecting mechanism, it can guide and prevent the coil from scratching and chafing.

2. Chemical composition:

     _Al2O3≥ 82% CaO≤6% _Fe2O3≤0.5% H2O≤0.5%

Volume density ≥2.7g/cm3 flexural strength ≥5Mpa Compressive strength ≥25MPa

 Particle size ≤2mm

Recommended temperature: --1800℃

Packaging and storage

Three layers of moisture-proof paper plus one layer of inner membrane, 25Kg/ bag. Store in a cool, dry environment for up to 6 months. Store in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
