TR-1 diathermy charge

I. General introduction

TR-1 diathermy charge is directly prepared by using high purity fused corundum base as the main raw material, plus other bonding agents and additives. This product is an amorphous refractory material, directly poured in the medium frequency, high frequency diathermy furnace equipment, a whole casting, with convenient construction, high strength, anti-burst, high fluidity, high wear resistance, short baking time, long service life and other remarkable characteristics, widely used in the medium frequency, high frequency diathermy furnace lining.

Second, physical and chemical indicators:

     _Al2O3≥ 85% SiO2≤3% Bulk density ≥2.6g/cm3 Compressive strength ≥30MPa

Recommended temperature: --1750℃

Packaging and storage

Using moisture-proof composite paper bag with a layer of inner membrane, 25Kg/ bag. Store in a cool, dry environment for up to 6 months. Store in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
