The oven is an important link, but the plastic water content is more, the baking temperature should be strictly controlled, especially in the low temperature state, the temperature must be slow, such as heating too fast, a large amount of water from the plastic too fast discharge, can cause plastic expansion, cracks, peeling and other adverse phenomena, affecting the use of effect.

The specific operation temperature rise is as follows:

Note: 1. Baking time from 0 to about 20h end;

3. The flame length is estimated according to experience, and the operation is handled according to the actual situation on site.

4. When the fire is baking, the high temperature is about 1000℃, which can be slightly increased and should not be lower than 1000℃.
