Acid lining material

I. General introduction

A-- *** Acid lining material is made of silicon ore and powder after pre-phase change, adding high temperature sintering agent and mineralizer and using a proprietary particle size ratio mixture. It is mainly used for the working lining of coreless induction furnace for melting, insulating cast iron and general carbon steel. The product is especially suitable for the intermittent operation of large and medium-sized induction furnace, which can effectively improve the disadvantages of large expansion of the furnace lining, small rise of the furnace lining during the oven and use, excellent cooling and heating performance, and no cracks during the cold furnace.

4. Packaging and storage

Three layers of moisture-proof paper plus one layer of inner membrane, 25Kg/ bag. Store in a cool, dry environment for 12 months. Store in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
