A series of acid lining materials
I. General introduction
This product is a coreless induction furnace refractory material, the material is acidic. Using pre-phase change treated silicon ore as raw material, the expansion defect of furnace lining is obviously improved, the rising range of furnace lining is obviously reduced during drying, and there is no crack in cold furnace. It is characterized by high purity of raw materials, reasonable grading, resistance to acute cooling and acute heat, especially suitable for the intermittent operation of large medium frequency induction furnace. This material is premixed dry ramming mixture, according to customer demand has been prepared boric acid or boron anhydride content, users can directly put into use. It is suitable for melting temperature of 1400℃ -- 1700℃.

Material density: 2.1g/cm3 Particle size: not more than 8.1mm

Third, furnace building, oven and sintering process

4. Packaging standards and storage methods
Multi-layer moisture-proof paper and inner membrane packing 25kg/ bag, stored in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption. The storage period is not more than one year, in addition, according to customer requirements, 106cmX106cm tons of pallet and strong telescopic film packaging can be used.
