Working temperature 1430-1620℃; For medium and small induction furnace melting gray iron, ductile iron, scrap carburizer

Product Introduction:

The acid lining material is made of the highest purity silicon ore and powder, and a special part of fused quartz is added, and high temperature sintering agent and mineralizing agent are mixed with a proprietary particle size ratio. It is mainly used for the working lining of coreless induction furnace for melting, insulating cast iron and general carbon steel. The main features of the product are the resistance to acute cooling and acute heating, the furnace lining rise in the oven process is small, there is no crack in the cold furnace, especially suitable for the intermittent operation of large and medium-sized induction furnace.
