Neutral lining material
1 Range
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection specifications and packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of neutral lining materials for intermediate frequency furnaces.
This standard applies to neutral lining materials
2 Normative reference documents
The terms of the following documents become terms of this Standard by reference to this Standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this Standard. Any undated reference document, which. The new version applies to this standard.
GB/T6900 Method for chemical analysis of aluminum-magnesium refractories
GB/T15545 amorphous refractory packaging, marking, transportation and storage
GB/T17617 Sampling of refractory raw materials and amorphous refractory materials
Test method for apparent porosity and bulk density of YB/T 5200 dense refractory castables
YB/T5202.1-2003 Method for preparing samples of amorphous refractors-Part 4: Refractory ramming materials
3 Categories
Neutral lining materials are divided into two categories: aluminum and aluminum magnesium.
Aluminum is divided into C-90 and C-95 according to bulk density
Aluminum magnesium is divided into three kinds according to magnesium content: CM-82, CM-90 and CM-95
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of neutral lining materials shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
Table 1 Physical and chemical indexes of neutral lining materials
5 Test methods
5.1 Prepare the sample according to YB/5202.1-2003
5.2 W(Al2O3)/% determination according to GB/T6900 regulations
5.3 Volumetric density shall be determined according to YB/T 5200
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Products shall be codified according to the same brand, each batch shall not exceed 10t, and shall be separately codified when raw materials are changed.
6.2 Product sampling shall be carried out according to GB/T17617. If one of the test results is unqualified, double samples should be taken again, and the non-compliant items should be reinspected. The allowable deviation and average value of the retest results should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Otherwise, this batch of products is unqualified
6.3 Chemical composition, volume density is required
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545. The storage life of the product is 180d.
7.2 The product shall be accompanied by the quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the Company when it leaves the factory.
