Use

1. The upper part of the riser sleeve reserves a space with a height of 20% of the diameter of the riser for applying this product.

2. When the liquid metal is poured to the upper end of the riser sleeve, immediately add the product according to the reference dosage provided in the table below. The heating agent should be spread out to make it uniform in thickness. Adding too late or using too little will reduce the feeding efficiency of the riser.

Matters needing attention

ANJF-909 product at a temperature above 200 ° C for a certain period of time will ignite, so the product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from the source of fire. ANJF-909 products have moisture absorption characteristics, so avoid direct contact with humid air.
