Use:
1. The modulus, the amount of feeding liquid required and the feeding distance are calculated according to the specific casting.
2. Calculate the required riser modulus, liquid volume and quantity.
3. The thickness of this product is 30 and 60 mm. Under normal circumstances, 30 mm thick products are used for risers with diameters less than 600 mm. 60mm thick products with diameters between 600-750 nm; For risers larger than 750 mm, use one layer each 30 mm and 60 mm thick. When bending and rolling the heating flexible insulation board, pay attention to the opening outward, and fill the opening slot with molding sand.
4. In the above use case, the modulus magnification (MEF) of ANJF-300B heating flexible insulation board relative to the sand riser of the same geometry is not less than 1.28.
