General introduction:
This product is mainly fused magnesia, adding part of fused corundum, premixed binder of magnesia coreless induction furnace refractory. This product adopts proprietary particle size design, users can be directly put into use. Can be widely used for smelting high alloy steel, high manganese steel, stainless steel, carbon steel and other steel, suitable for the capacity of about 2 tons of furnace type. It has the characteristics of small crack and strong crack healing ability during shutdown.

MgO≥70% Al2O3≤30% H2O≤0.5% Fe2O3≤1.0%
Material density ≥3.2g/cm3 Particle size: no more than 6mm Operating temperature :1600℃ -1750 ℃

Dry shaking or dry ramming.
Furnace building, drying and sintering process:
The correct furnace building, drying and sintering process is the key to ensure the normal work of the furnace lining. Before building and drying the furnace, please refer to Hubei Anaijie Furnace Lining Material Company's "Building oven oven sintering process Description".
Packaging standards and storage methods:
Multi-layer moisture-proof paper and inner membrane packing 25kg/ bag, stored in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption. The storage period is not more than one year, in addition, according to customer requirements, 106cmX106cm tons of pallet and strong telescopic film packaging can be used.
