About:
F-EGP easy cutting has the characteristics of high strength, good heat resistance, complete specifications and so on.
Effect:
1. Mechanical hammering can be used to remove the riser, reducing the workload of grinding and cleaning the riser.
2. Avoid local cracks and casting meat loss caused by gas cutting castings at the root of thick riser.
3. It is beneficial to avoid the hot knot at the root of the riser and improve the mechanical properties of the casting.
Specification and model
1. Material preparation before pasting: Obtain risers, easy-to-cut pieces, core glue, packaging boxes and other working materials to determine the appropriate working place
2. According to the size of the easy cut piece, determine the size of the cutting hole of the core glue, generally, it is appropriate to easily cover the easy cut paste area 2/3
Paste easy cutting operation: 1) Clean and confirm that the easy cutting piece is complete and clean, and then evenly apply the core glue to the full 2/3 of the joint surface;
2) Clean and confirm that the joint surface of the riser is complete and clean, and then gently close the glue-coated easy-to-cut sheet on the joint surface of the riser;
3) Gently rotate 90 degrees and press tightly, wipe the excess glue on the outside of the riser with a rag;

Plastic sealing operation: 1) Easy to cut and paste for more than half an hour, can be plastic sealing operation;
