3 Classification
Basic lining materials are divided into magnesium and magnesium aluminum two types.
Magnesium is divided into B-95, B-96 and B-97 by volume density
Magnesium aluminum is divided into BL-96 and BL-97 according to aluminum content
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of basic lining materials shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Products shall be codified according to the same brand, each batch shall not exceed 10t, and shall be separately codified when raw materials are changed.
6.2 Product sampling shall be carried out according to GB/T17617. If one of the test results is unqualified, double samples should be taken again, and the non-compliant items should be reinspected. The allowable deviation and average value of the retest results should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Otherwise, this batch of products is unqualified
6.3 Chemical composition, volume density is required
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545. The storage life of the product is 180d.
7.2 The product shall be accompanied by the quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the Company when it leaves the factory.
