Purpose:
Casting processes using ordinary sand risers usually have a low yield and high cleaning costs due to their large contact area with the casting. The chilling effect of ANJF-100B riser sleeve is minimal, and once the heating reaction is triggered, the riser sleeve releases a large amount of heat to heat the metal liquid. After the end of the heating reaction, the thermal insulation material of the riser sleeve begins to play an effect to ensure that the solidification time of the metal liquid in the riser is effectively extended.
Due to the heating and insulation characteristics of the product: high feeding efficiency of ANJF-100B, the use of size ANJF-100B riser instead of large sand riser, under the premise of meeting the requirements of casting feeding, greatly improve the casting process yield; At the same time, due to the reduction of riser and casting area, the cleaning cost of castings is reduced.
Compared with the sand riser, the solidification time of ANJF-100B riser is 2.55-2.9 times longer, and the metal liquid used for feeding is reduced by 50-70%, which greatly increases the casting process yield.
When the ANJ-F-100B riser is used for the top riser, the contact area between the riser and the casting is reduced, and the cutting and grinding area is reduced by 60-70% compared with the sand riser, which greatly reduces the cleaning cost of the casting.
The ANJF-100B can be supplied with a shell type/self-hardening sand cutter, so that the nozzle can be knocked out without gas welding and gas cutting, further reducing cleaning costs.
ANJF-100B risers can increase the production capacity of the casting shop, the same weight of hot metal can be poured more molds, due to reduced gas cutting and grinding work, improve cleaning efficiency.
The use of ANJF-100B risers can eliminate the shrinkage and loosening defects that cannot be overcome by sand risers. The use of riser sleeves on automatic molding lines ensures castings of consistent quality.
The ANJF-100B riser sleeve can be used for cold riser due to its heating properties, which can simplify the pouring system, which is particularly beneficial for ductile iron parts.
ANJF-100B riser sleeve has the following characteristics;

The riser sleeve has good air permeability. The wall thickness of the riser sleeve is uniform, and there is a V-shaped cone on the dark riser, which can improve the performance of heat insulation and feeding.

2, when choosing the riser size, be careful to make it greater than the casting modulus, and ensure that the metal liquid and the feeding distance meet the requirements.
3, when using ANJF-100B as the top riser, there should be a 6-15mm thick metal layer between the riser and the casting, and easy cutting pieces can also be used instead.
4, in the use of dark riser, the metal liquid is filled with a certain amount of heating agent on the surface of the riser to reduce the heat from the top of the riser, for the diameter of more than 90 mm can use ANJF909 or ANJF808 covering agent. 5, the top of the dark riser is provided with a vent hole, which should pass to the upper surface of the sand mold so that the gas in the mold cavity can be discharged when pouring.

ANJF-100B riser sleeve should be stored in a cool and dry place. You can only open the package before use. To prevent moisture absorption.
Stay away from open flames. Do not damage the riser sleeve during molding.
Do not bake or paint the riser sleeve.
In rare cases, the tendency of ductile iron graphite shape to flake is found in the range of 5 mm. Therefore, it is recommended that there should be a processing allowance or easy cutting pieces when using the top riser.
