(A) Basic treatment and support mold:

2, mixing procedure: add a specified amount of water in the mixing bucket into the blender, part of the dry material into the bucket mixing, and then pour the remaining material into the mixing, the time from start to end should be controlled in about 3 to 5 minutes.

3. When stirring, the blades should move slowly around the perimeter of the barrel so that the dry materials adhering to the bottom of the barrel and the wall of the barrel can be mixed; The stirring blade shall not be lifted above the liquid level of the base stock to prevent air from entering the base stock.

4, when pouring, as far as possible from one side of the injection to facilitate the discharge of air between the bottom plate and the concrete foundation. If necessary, tools such as bamboo can be used to guide the flow. The pouring shall be carried out continuously after the beginning without interruption.

(3) Maintenance:

1, with a wet straw bag or cloth covered in the poured stock, and sprinkling water maintenance, 2 to 6 times a day.

2, the curing temperature should be above 15℃, the curing period is 7 days. If the site temperature is low, the curing period can be extended appropriately.
