Physical properties of castable after drying at 110℃. The bending strength of castable at room temperature and compressive strength at room temperature after baking at 110℃ are basically the same. From large strength to small strength, it can be seen that adding metal aluminum powder to ultra-low cement has little effect on its strength. The tensile strength of castable can reflect the bursting resistance of castable to some extent. It is generally believed that there is a corresponding relationship between tensile strength and flexural strength, and the higher the flexural strength, the greater the tensile strength. The tensile strength of the material was not measured in this test, so the effect of strength against bursting was studied by using the flexural strength and compressive strength of castable at room temperature.

The water loss rate of castable in different stages and most of the water lost by castable during 110℃ are free water. The apparent porosity of ultra-low cement castable at 110℃ does not increase due to the addition of aluminum powder, but the common water loss rate during curing and drying increases due to the addition of aluminum powder. This may be due to the fact that the metal aluminum powder only increases the permeable channel of the castable without increasing the apparent porosity of the castable.
