Medium frequency furnace lining should be under the contact of high temperature metal liquid, high vacuum, high (acid) alkaline slag, should not decompose and reduce, do not participate in chemical reaction, and has good chemical stability.
5, the furnace lining heat resistance to good shock
Intermediate frequency furnace lining should also have good resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heat performance, adapt to the stress generated in the lining wall due to the rapid change of temperature and pressure from high temperature melting to the oven, and do not crack, the better the heat shock resistance, the higher the service life of the lining.
