General introduction

Construction technology
1. Preparation before repair
When pouring. After the metal and before the metal cools, every effort should be made to leave as little residual metal and slag on the furnace lining as possible. Furnace lining should be forced air cooling, not water. This will make the cracks formed by fast cooling smaller than those formed by slow cooling.
When the lining is cold enough, the residual metal and slag in the repaired area should be removed.
In order to get a good bonding effect, a small amount of repair material is mixed with water to form a mud. Apply mud to the repair area. This layer of mud acts as a bonding fabric, so that the surface properties of the repaired lining or industrial lining are more uniform, so that the repair material can be well bonded.
Step 2 Repair
As long as the waste heat of the lining does not make the repair work difficult, it is very conducive to the repair work. The waste heat in the lining dries the undercoat quickly, and it also helps to start the drying process of the patching material if the patching work is completed. It is very important to repair any area of the side wall of the furnace body from the upper ring to the bottom of the furnace into a complete ring. Patching small areas generally does not bond well. Ring patching enables the material to be relatively "self-locking", thus ensuring that the material does not shift during drying, sintering and subsequent operation.
If the bottom of the lining needs to be repaired, this work should be the first line. Introduce enough patching material to return the bottom to its original thickness after hand ramming. Bottom repair thickness should not exceed 51mm.
Package storage
Carton and inner membrane packaging, 25kg/ box, 1000kg or 1500kg/ tray, storage and transportation should be dry, moisture-proof and sun-proof, storage period is not more than six months.
